Love it,
A friend of mine gave me this cd knowing that I was in the midst of switching medications for an anxiety disorder. I listen to it once a day and it has become a place of calm I can look forward to if I’m having a particularly anxious day. It is peaceful, meditative and the voice is supportive without being condescending. I recommend it for anyone needing some help doing mindful relaxation.

Ahh…I feel soooo much better! Thank you, Jennifer!,
I just used this CD for the first time. I have several of Jennifer’s other CDs which I find incredibly centering and healing. So I had high expectations for this one. And my expectations were met. I was feeling super anxious with a knot in my gut after an emotionally-charged conversation. I decided that was the perfect time to try the new CD. It took me a only a few minutes to tune in and follow the guidance with her wonderful supportive voice. And before I knew it I was waking up! That’s right. I fell asleep before the end. And I was pretty wound up when I started! I can tell this is going to be one of my regular CDs as I learn to manage my anxiety better. If you have anxiety, get this!!!
