A Great Guided Meditation Tool,
I found this CD to be very helpful to assist in attaining deeper levels of meditation. Tina uses hypnotic techniques and guided visualization to induce total relaxation. I also found it to be grounding, centering and felt refreshed after using this CD. I would recommend this CD to beginnnng or advanced meditators.
